In collaboration and direction with Jahi Kijo Lendor, THNX Playlists are an ongoing series of playlists created under the THNX for da Convo podcast banner. Since its inception, there are two annual playlists: SLAMMIN SUMMER PLAYLIST and THNX END-OF-YEAR PLAYLIST. Accompanying the playlist's audio experience are videos and graphics that visually express the narratives within these playlists. Additionally, THNX Playlists has released two collaborative playlists curated by NKNX and Marylin Rini, respectively.
Stylistically, the visuals utilize collages composed of original and found imagery and footage. This juxtaposition of these materials create the feeling familiarity and nostalgia, yet a sense of mystique and self interpretation. The collages aim to visualize the playlist's themes, capture the music's rhythm, and pay homage to the sources of inspiration that we associate the music with.
Slammin Summer Playlist
A summer themed playlist that represents the various themes of summer, pull from our personal experiences, and reflect real-time happenings. The playlist is curated with the purpose of telling a narrative. The narrative is told through the song selection, song order, and song titles. A selection of music that draws emotion, uses various genres, and long enough to last all summer makes up the Slammin Summer Playlist. The title is an homage to Summer Slam, an annual summertime pro wrestling event.

THNX end-of-year Playlist
THNX's end-of-year playlist composed of soundscapes to describe the year that was. The playlist is curated with the purpose of telling a narrative. Our description of the year is told through the playlist's name, song selection, song order, and song titles. Song selection is narrowed down to current favorites, as well as, hits from years past that mark anniversaries. These nuances aim at making the connection on how the former informs the now and what was once old, being new again. A juxtaposition of genres and various interests that make for an auditory and visual time capsule.
